Optužujem nove pojedince iz političko-vojnog rukovodstva Države Izrael za ratne zločine prema palestinskom narodu u Gazi, kojima pridodajem imena ministra baštine Izraela Amihai Eliyahu i bivšeg zamjenika direktora Mossada Ram Ben Baraka!

Optužujem političko i vojno-obavještajno rukovodstvo Države Izrael za neviđeno nasilja i teror nad narodom Palestine u napadnutoj Gazi, koji su proizveli ratni zločin i zločin protiv čovječnosti sa elementima genocida i potpunim urbicidom.

Napad Palestinaca na Izrael posljedica je surove okupacije, terora i pokušaja istrebljenja ovog naroda od strane jevrejske države u dugom vremenskom periodu sa punim intenzitetom. Od 1948. godine traje raseljavanje lokalnog stanovništva u smislu protjerivanja Arapa i naseljavanja jevrejskih doseljenika na palestinsku zemlju.

Vlastita država za Palestince je njihovo nedodirljivo i sveto pravo i niko ga ne smije dovoditi u pitanje.

U osveti koja je uslijedila nakon palestinskog napada početkom oktobra 2023. godine Izrael pokušava uništiti Gazu sa smrtnim epilogom za hiljade njenih stanovnika ne obazirući se na apele svijeta koji traži zaustavljanje ove neprimjerene agresije.

Pozivam stoga sve kojima su istina i pravda na srcu da dokumentiraju ratne zločine koje su učinili ili čine pripadnici izraelske države odnosno vojske i policije nad narodom Gaze i Zapadne obale, uz učešće obavještajnih službi Mossad i Shin bet.

Neophodno je formirati međunarodni dokumentarno-istraživački tim koji će potpuno odgovorno i nepristrasno blježiti zločine u Gazi odnosno Palestini. Moraju se prikupiti dokazi o počinjenim ratnim zločinima nad narodom Gaze koji će dovesti do kažnjavanja odgovornih političara, oficira i vojnika. Zbog masovnog ubijanja Palestinaca zločini protiv čovječnosti u Gazi slični su holkaustu nad Jevrejima prije 90 godina, srpskom granatiranju Sarajeva i masovnom ubijanju civila u Srebrenici (Bosna i Hercegovina) prije tri decenije.

Optužujem Izrael za neselektivno ciljanje i ubijajanje civila. U otvorenom zatvoru, veličine svega 600 km2, getoizirano živi 2,3 miliona Palestinaca na koje je dosad ispaljeno 10.000 ubojnih raketnih sredstava i ubijeno blizu od 10.000 ljudi. Optužujem Izrael za intenziviranje zračnih napada i razaranje preostalih gradskih četvrti.

Optužujem Izrael zbog gađanja bolnica i skloništa Ujedinjenih nacija.

Optužujem Izrael za kulturni genocid u uništenje deset džamija među kojima i Al-Omari u sjevernom Pojasu Gaze i oštećenje desetke islamskih bogomolja i kršćanskih hramova. Među njima je 7 historijskih džamija i Grčku pravoslavnu crkvu Svetog Porfirija jednu od najstarijih na svijetu.
Izrael namjerno produbljuje patnje civila u Gazi pod firmom da ratuje sa Hamasom, a u stvari je u sukobu sa cijelim palestinskim narodom. Izrael želi definitivno uništiti ili raseliti Palestince od kojih je oteta njihova zemlja uz međunarodnu pomoć i podršku zapadnih zemalja. Uništene su skoro sve kuće, a prema podacima zbog napada Izraela milion i po ljudi je u zbijegu.

Optužujem Izrael zbog ultimatuma civilima u Gazi da se presele što je potpuno neprihvatljivo sa stanovišta međunarodnog prava koje se protivi deportiranju ljudi iz njihove domovine. Aktivnost usmjerena u tom pravcu je protuzakonita.

Cijela enklava u Gazi je podvrgnuta blokadi i doživljava tešku humanitarnu krizu bez struje, vode i hrane, goriva i medicinskih potrepština. Optužeujem Izrael zbog zabrane isporuke humanitarne pomoći što je protivno međunarodnom pravu.

Optužujem Izrael i za druge ratne zločine koji će biti zabilježeni.
I pored komunikativnih restrikcija nijedna vlada u budućnosti neće moći da opravdava zločin počinjen u Gazi i Palestini. Podržavanjem izraelskog barbarstva od strane Zapada ugrožava se demokratska vizija svijeta i polako otvaraju vrata terorističkim aktivnostima pred kojima nema sigurne zaštite.
Optužujem:

1) Na Radiju Kol Berama ministar baštine Izraela Amihai Eliyahu iz krajnje desničarske stranke Itamara Ben Gvira, založio se za bacanje atomske bombe na enklavu, rekavši da je "to jedna od mogućnosti".

2) Izraelski političar i bivši zamjenik direktora Mossada Ram Ben Barak za etničkog čišćenje. Bivši zamjenik direktora Mossada Ram Ben Barak rekao je da bi svaka od 100 zemalja svijeta trebala bi primiti 20.000 izbjeglica iz Gaze, dodajući da je biti izbjeglica u Kanadi bolje nego živjeti u Gazi.

Palestinci su okarakterisali prijedloge za preseljenje stanovništva iz Gazu, uključujući izraelske prijedloge da ih presele u egipatsku sinajsku pustinju, kao politiku etničkog čišćenja.

Ljudskoj civilizaciji prijeti opasnost da uđe u dugotrajni mrak iz kojeg će teško pronaći izlaz.
Zabrinuti smo zbog potpunog gaženja ljudskih prava u Gazi. Izražavamo odlučnost da ovi neviđeni zločini Izraela prema Palaestini i progresivnoj međunarodnoj zajednici budu primjereno. Nijedna zemlja, pa ni Izrael, nije iznad međunarodnog humanitarnog prava.

Molim sve istraživače da mi se pridruže u bilježenju ratnih zločina i genocida što ga čini militantna izraelska država prema nezaštićenom narodu Palestine.

Probudi svoju savjest. Ako progresivni dio svijeta ne digne svoj glas pravde, palestinski narod je suočen sa opasnošću potpunog istrebljenja. To ne smijemo dopustiti.

I accuse new individuals from the political-military leadership of the State of Israel of war crimes against the Palestinian people in Gaza, to which I add the names of Israel's Minister of Heritage Amihai Eliyahu and Israeli politician and ex-deputy director of Mossad Ram Ben Barak!
I accuse the political and military-intelligence leadership of the State of Israel of unprecedented violence and terror against the people of Palestine in the invaded Gaza, which produced a war crime and a crime against humanity with elements of genocide and complete urbicide. The list is not exhaustive.
The Palestinian attack on Israel is a consequence of the cruel occupation, terror, and attempts to exterminate this people by the Jewish state for a long time with full intensity. Since 1948, the displacement of the local population has been ongoing, involving the expulsion of Arabs and the settlement of Jewish settlers on Palestinian land.

A state of their own for the Palestinians is their inviolable and sacred right, and no one should question it.

In the revenge that followed the Palestinian attack in early October 2023, Israel is trying to destroy Gaza with a fatal epilogue for thousands of its inhabitants, ignoring the appeals of the world asking for an end to this inappropriate aggression.

I, therefore, call on everyone who values truth and justice to document the war crimes committed by members of the Israeli state, including the army and police, against the people of Gaza and the West Bank, with the participation of the Mossad and Shin Bet intelligence services. Although the International Criminal Court does not have the authority to prosecute Israel on charges of crimes committed in the occupied and blocked Palestinian territories because, according to the interpretation of the West, there is no state of Palestine, it is necessary to form an international documentary-research team that will fully, responsibly, and impartially report the crimes in Gaza and Palestine. It is necessary to urgently gather evidence about the war crimes committed against the people of Gaza, which will lead to the punishment of the responsible politicians, officers, and soldiers. Because of the mass killing of Palestinians, the crimes against humanity in Gaza are similar to the Holocaust against the Jews 90 years ago, the Serbian shelling of Sarajevo, and the mass killing of civilians in Srebrenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina) three decades ago.

I accuse Israel of indiscriminately targeting and killing civilians. In an open prison, the size of which is only 600 km2, 2.3 million Palestinians live in a ghetto, at which 10,000 deadly rockets have been fired so far, and thousands of people have been killed (10.000 to date).

I accuse Israel of intensifying airstrikes and destroying the remaining neighborhoods of the city.
I accuse Israel of targeting United Nations hospitals and shelters.

I accuse Israel of cultural genocide in the destruction of ten mosques, including Al-Omari in the northern Gaza Strip, and the damage to dozens of Islamic places of worship and Christian temples. Among them are 7 historic mosques and the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyry, one of the oldest in the world.

Israel is deliberately exacerbating the suffering of civilians in Gaza under the guise of waging war with Hamas, when in fact it is in conflict with the entire Palestinian people. Israel wants to definitively destroy or displace the Palestinians who were robbed of their land with international help and support from Western countries. Almost all the houses were destroyed and according to the data, one and a half million people are on the run due to the Israeli attack.

I accuse Israel of giving the civilians in Gaza an ultimatum to relocate, which is totally unacceptable from the point of view of international law, as it goes against deporting people from their homeland. Activities aimed at this are illegal.

The entire Gaza enclave is under blockade and is experiencing a severe humanitarian crisis without electricity, water, food, fuel, and medical supplies. I accuse Israel of banning the delivery of humanitarian aid, which is against international law.

I accuse Israel of other war crimes that will be documented.

Despite communication restrictions, no government in the future will be able to justify the crime committed in Gaza and Palestine. By supporting Israeli barbarism on the part of the West, the democratic vision of the world is being threatened, and they are slowly opening the door to terrorist activities against which there is no safe protection.
I accuse:

1) While being interviewed on Kol BaRama radio, Israel's Heritage Minister, Amihai Eliyahu of the far-right Itamar Ben Gvir’s party advocated dropping an atomic bomb on the enclave, saying "that's one of the options."

2) Israeli politician and ex-deputy director of Mossad Ram Ben Barak sparked controversy as he proposed resettling Gaza’s entire population globally. “If each country takes in 20,000 individuals,” he said, “that would involve 100 countries. “Considering they are refugees,” he added, “it is better to be a refugee in Canada than in Gaza.” Palestinians have slammed proposals to resettle Gaza’s population, including Israeli proposals to move them to Egypt’s Sinai Desert, as a policy of ‘ethnic cleansing’.

Human civilization is in danger of entering a prolonged darkness from which it will be difficult to find a way out.

We must be concerned about the complete trampling of human rights in Gaza. At the same time, we must be determined that this crime does not go unpunished and without the due interest of the progressive world. It must be clear to everyone, including Israel, that no country is above international humanitarian law.

Israel's retaliatory action, which terrorizes the entire Palestinian people in Gaza, should be stopped immediately, and the criminals should be adequately punished.

It is essential to awaken your conscience. If the progressive part of the world does not raise its voice for justice, the Palestinian people face the peril of complete extermination. We must not allow that.
